We are a 100% mobile business. We come to your location, whether it be your home or your work, and service the vehicle while you carry on with your day.

If you call in, we can try our best! However, we are often booked well in advance so it is difficult to book something on the same day.

If you are not sure about which type of groom is suitable for your car, simply call us, & we can provide the best possible solution for you. But if you want the interior and exterior groomed and its not been regularly maintained every few weeks/months then the Full Groom is the service it requires to get it completely clean.

We provide an estimate based on the information you have provided. Unless advised otherwise we assume the vehicle is in a normal condition with no pet hair to be addressed and has previously been regularly groomed. After seeking your approval we will only charge extra if the car is excessively dirty/contaminated or if a service upgrade is needed to achieve the desired results.

This will depend on current weather conditions and how soiled the interior is. Everything takes longer to dry in the colder months. If the interior is heavily soiled then it may require shampooing multiple times which add more moisture, taking longer to dry. We recommend that you park the car in direct sunshine and air the vehicle until completely dry after shampooing.

Regretfully we cannot guarantee this - there are many factors that affect the visual appearance of the surfaces. Where has the soiling come from? How long have the soiling been on the surface ? Has the soiling permanently stained the surface ? Has the soiling soaked into the carpet underlay ? These are the most common factors that can heavily influence the results.

We have the space that your car is parked on and we need space for our compact mobile unit and space to move around both vehicles. So generally a minimum of two parking spaces. We can’t safely groom cars on the roadside or in high traffic movement locations, it has to be parked off-street in a safe location that you have permission to utilise.

We need your car and your car keys. Power (if possible) within 20 meters of the vehicle. Please advise if this is not available as we are able to bring our own.

Exterior Groom's take ~30 to 60 minutes from the time of arrival. Maintenance Groom's 1 to 2 hours. Full Grooms 1.5 -4+ hours. This depends on how many groomer's will be attending and the condition of the vehicle.

Our liquid polymer waterless wash will not affect your paint protection, it will help increase and maintain your paint protection. All our detergents are soft and ph neutral. Our first priority is the care and protection of the vehicle.

We are happy to use the detergent you supply, however, we strongly recommend that ours is better. We have done thousands of car washes and know what works best.

No that’s not true. Automatic car washes damage your vehicle so the total cost of keeping your car in good condition is greater in the long run. The human hand applies gentle proportionate targeted pressure to dislodge dirt, while machines apply maximum general pressure to the entire surface. This causes damage to the vehicle.

Brush car washes rub the solid hard dirt on your car into the paintwork causing damage.
